Payments and cancellation Policy

1. 30 days or more – 100% refund 

2. 7-29 days – 50% refund

3. Less than 7 days – No refund

4. No refund for cancellation on bookings from 15th December to 15th January.

REFUND POLICY

Refunds will be processed within 15 days of receiving the request and will be done via bank transfer or the initial payment method. For international accounts, any bank or administrative charges are to be borne by the guests. Refunds incur a 5% administrative charge.
